The Power of Equine Healing: Why Horses?
It is often said that horses can heal the human spirit, and science backs this ancient intuition. Horses are highly sentient beings with an incredible capacity for empathy.
Regulating the Nervous System: Horses have a naturally slow heart rate and a grounded presence. Simply being near a horse can lower human cortisol levels (stress) and promote a sense of safety
The “Magnetic Heart Field”: A horse’s heart is significantly larger than a human’s. Many believe their expansive electromagnetic field can literally “pull” us into a state of coherence, helping us find emotional balance even in difficult times
